Pamela H. She received her Bachelors of Science in Pharmacy and Doctor of Pharmacy degrees from Duquesne University. Dr. Koerner completed an ASHP-accredited pharmacy practice residency at West Virginia University Hospital. Following that, she competed a Managed Care specialty residency at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy and Stadtlanders Pharmacy. Dr. Koerner is also an Adjunct Clinical Instructor in the Experiential Education Program at Duquesne University and Adjunct Faculty at the University of Pittsburgh School of Pharmacy.
